Gurukul Baylor Campus (GBC) aims at establishing a center of education by producing qualitative and skilled human resources as a responsible global citizen.

The mission of GBC is to develop well equipped physical infrastructure, manage the resources effectively, assure good governance for overall development of campus, ensure active participation of stakeholders, formulate and implement proper plans and policies for quality education and apply practical education through research-based teaching.

The objectives of this campus are listed below:
- increase library use, develop better furniture and modernize equipment.
- Develop the campus as an IT friendly institution
- Standardize toilets and washrooms to higher level.
- Maintain greenery, cleanliness, peaceful and hygienic environment in Campus premises.
- Mobilize local and internal resources for the institutional development.
- Search, collect and manage the modern resources that directly or indirectly influence in overall development of the students
- Maintain the administrative activities effective, clear and smart.
- Create a time-tested educational environment.
- Adopt the measures to control the activities that cause the negative impacts on Campus.
- Apply advanced education management information system.
- Emphasize on additional educational programs vertically and horizontally.
- Conducting seminar, training, workshop and other programs for the career development of teachers and staff.
